     Our journey began with a simple love for baking and a desire to share our creations with the world.

We believe in the power of quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and a touch of creativity to craft bread that not only nourishes the body but also feeds the soul. Each loaf is a labor of love, meticulously shaped and baked to perfection.

    Our sourdough is made using natural fermentation and with each bite tells a story of patience and sill, its crispy crust and chewy crumb, is a testament to our dedication to the craft.

    Our passion doesn't stop at bread. We also specialize in Latin desserts that celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Latin America.

Behind the Scene 

        The aroma of freshly baked bread has always been a familiar comfort to me, a reminder of the home I left behind and the dreams that propelled me forward. As I stand in front of the flour-dusted countertops, I can't help but marvel at how far I've come since the day I arrived in this foreign land with little more than a suitcase and a heart full of hope.

 

        I was just a young girl when I made the difficult decision to leave my homeland in search of a better life. The journey was long and arduous, filled with uncertainty and sacrifice, but I clung to the promise of a brighter future on the horizon.

 

       When I left Venezuela and arrive to Miami, I was filled with a mixture of excitement and apprehension. Everything, from the language to the customs, felt foreign and overwhelming. But amidst the chaos of my new surroundings, one thing remained constant: my love for baking.

 

       In the small kitchen of my cramped apartment, I found solace in the simple act of kneading dough and shaping loaves. With each bread that emerged from the oven, I felt a connection to the past, to the traditions and flavors of my homeland that I refused to let slip away.

 

       As the years passed and I grew accustomed to my new life, my passion for baking only deepened. I sought out every opportunity to learn and refine my craft, working odd jobs and saving every penny to one day realize my dream of owning my own bakery.

 

      And then, against all odds, that dream became a reality. With the support of my wife Karla and the unwavering determination of an immigrant striving for success, I opened my micro bakery, a humble tribute to the journey that had brought me here and the rich tapestry of cultures that had shaped my identity.
